Order Process
2.1
All orders that you place on this website will
be subject to acceptance in accordance with
these terms and conditions.
2.2
The 'confirmation' stage sets out the final
details of your order. Following this, we will
contact you by e-mail or in writing and endeavour
to contact you within 48 hours by telephone
to confirm your order details and discuss your
delivery requirements.
2.3
Acceptance of your order and the completion
of the contract between you and Haste Bathroom.Com
will take place on dispatch to you of the products
ordered unless we have notified you that we
do not accept your order or you have cancelled
it.
2.4
We do not file details of your order for you
to subsequently access direct on this website,
and therefore, please print out these terms
and conditions and the order acknowledgement

Delivery
3.1
This website is only for delivery of products
to customers with mainland UK addresses. We
cannot deliver to the Channel Islands, Isle
of Man, Orkney, Shetland and Scottish Islands,
Northern Island, BFPO addresses, or the Republic
of Ireland. All goods must be signed for by
an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery.
3.2
Estimated delivery timescales are specified
when you place an order. We make every effort
to deliver goods within the estimated timescales,
however delays are occasionally inevitable due
to unforeseen factors and all goods and products

shall deliver all items within 28 days from
the date of order, unless agreed with the customer
previously. We recommend that you make arrangements
for trades people to carry out work on your
behalf only after your order has been delivered.
3.3
Risk of loss and damage of products passes to
you on the date when the products are delivered.
3.4
The first delivery date will be confirmed by
telephone, after your initial order is placed.
The first delivery attempt will be free any
further attempts will be charged at £53.00 (inclusive
of VAT). If for any reason you are unable to
take delivery as previously arranged, then you
should contact Haste Bathrooms.Com as soon as
possible to reschedule delivery.
3.5
The delivery driver will take your items to
any room in the house where safety permits and
at the customers own risk. If you are able to
check your items at the point of delivery our
drivers will also take your packaging away.

Payment
4.1
We take payment from your card at the time we
receive your order, once we have checked your
card details and stock availability. Goods are
subject to availability. In the event that we
are unable to supply the goods, we will inform
you of this as soon as possible. A full refund
will be given where you have already paid for
the goods.
4.2
While we try and ensure that all prices on our
website are accurate, errors may occur. If we
discover an error in the price of goods you
have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible
and give you the option of reconfirming your
order at the correct price or cancelling it.
If we are unable to contact you we will treat
the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you
have already paid for the goods, you will receive
a full refund.
4.3
Payment can be made by the following specified
methods. Over the Internet via debit/credit
card, by cheque or postal order (Orders will
be delayed until payments have been cleared)
or by telephone with a debit/credit card. Please
note that Haste Bathrooms.Com will not be held
responsible for any monies sent to us that have
gone missing in the post.
4.4
Title to any products you order on this website
shall pass to you on delivery of the products
provided that we have processed and received
payment in full for the products.
4.5
All prices include VAT at the current rates.

Returns, Damage or Cancellations
5.1
Haste Bathrooms.Com offer a 7-day money back
guarantee. In the unlikely event that you receive
faulty or damaged goods or you decide to cancel
your order, please contact Haste Bathrooms.Com
preferably within 48 hours from delivery. Should
you wish to cancel your order a collection charge
of £ 117.50 (inclusive of VAT) will apply.
5.2
Sometimes the product specifications from the
manufacturer may change, in which case we will
do our best to offer you a substitute of the
same or better quality at the same price. Should
this happen you will be informed by e-mail or
in writing. If you are not happy with the replacement
you can return it in accordance with our 7-day
money back guarantee. You may cancel your order
in accordance with your rights under the Distance
selling regulations.
5.3
All sizes and measurements are approximate but
we do try to make sure that they are as accurate
as possible.
5.4
All items should ideally be checked within 48
hours upon delivery. Any missing, damaged or
defective items must be reported to Haste Bathrooms.Com
where possible within 48 hours of delivery;
all item(s) must be in the same packaging it
arrived in.
7.
Miscellaneous Provisions
7.1
The contract between us shall be governed by
the laws of England and any dispute between
us will be resolved exclusively in the courts
of England. English is the only language offered
for the conclusion of the contract.
7.2
Haste Bathrooms.Com have selected our products
on the basis that they will be used for domestic
use only.

Haste Bathrooms.Com shall be under no liability
for any delay or failure to deliver products
or otherwise perform any obligation as specified
in these terms and conditions if the same is

indirectly by circumstances beyond its reasonable
control.
